Jessica & Matthew | The Farm at South Mountain Wedding

Driving away from The Farm at South Mountain, I knew I had just left something incredibly spectacular. By the time I hit the freeway I was replaying the day through my head and already missing it. I remember praying for Jessica and Matthew, that their marriage would be strong, and vibrant, and compassionate, and adventurous and that they would never forget how they felt on this special day.

Jessica & Matthew had one of my favorite weddings of my career. After being together for almost 10 years these two said "I do" surrounded by their lifelong friends and close family. The love between the two of them was palpable throughout the whole day. You could tell they were truly best friends as they clung to each other and felt at such ease in each others arms. All of the little simple details accented their day perfectly. From Jessica's bare feet and flower crown to her Grandfather's Air Force wings pinned to her dress, the sentimental touches added so much of their personalities to their wedding day. I absolutely loved how much their wedding felt like them in all of the little moments as well as the big moments, like the perfect venue that allowed them to have a heartfelt, touching ceremony among the trees and their outdoor reception with tearful dances, lots of laughter and and toasts that were full of hilarious childhood stories and loving words about Jessica & Matt as a couple.

Jessica and Matt- thank you so much for allowing me to feel like family and celebrate with you both on this day. I hope that these photos remind you of exactly how you felt on your wedding day. You wedding was a dream to photograph and I wish you two all the best as husband and wife!
